Things to know regarding your delivery.
Our carrier will contact with you as soon as the goods arrive by text or by phone to arrange your delivery several days in advance, with a 3 hour window delivery slot.
Standard Delivery
If you opted for Standard Delivery, this is a 2 man room of choice delivery. The delivery guys will endeavour to delivery into the room and area required with the items fully packaged in order to protect the goods and your property.
If there is a problem with access and the goods may in fact go in unpackaged, the delivery team may not have enough time to unpack the goods for access. The standard delivery only allows a short time for the delivery process.

Platinum Delivery
If you opted for Platinum Delivery, the 2 man team will deliver into room of choice as above but will also unpack the goods for access to your room.
Once in position they will assemble the legs if necessary and put the sections together if applicable.
Please note, if there are access issues and it is judged that the delivery access is very tight or difficult you may need to sign a waiver to allow the team to make best efforts to deliver this inside your home.
Please supervise the delivery team in this instance. They are only trying their best to delivery your goods as efficiently as possible and with the utmost care.
If the goods fail to gain access they may need to be sent back.
Important
Retain all Original Packaging
As we operate a returns policy and it is therefore vital that you retain all the original packaging, internal and external in the unlikely event of a return.
Please unpack with care bearing this in mind and supervise your delivery team in the case of a platinum delivery.
