Variation in Goods from Order to Order
Manufacturers must have a systemised approach to their manufacturing of goods using templates for the elements of any item of furniture or sofa.
The frames are made in the same way, foam is the same specification of density and feathers are weighed for the specific compartments of the sofas.
The fabrics also are made in exactly in the same way so as to be an exact like for like match.
This means that the sofas should be almost identical even if receiving parts at different times or adding a section at a slightly later date.
There May Still be Differences Between Items ?
If you have goods that have been with you for some time and you are adding an additional part, it is unfortunately not possible they can exactly match the item that may have been just unpacked. The pre existing item may have been in your environment and used for some time whilst one may have just been unpacked and added to your set.
The conditions between the items have been different including usage and exposure to light. Fabrics may also have antifungal or other treatments intended for transport which will alleviate after a week or two.
The stuffings are completely new and not broken in and the fillings haven't ever been compressed so a new part will look more plump and feel firmer.
You may wish to swap the base cushion and back cushion to the most used seats to break the sofa part in so to speak.
