Delux Deco does take the full payment for orders when ordered as this forms part of the offer and discount. The payment is used to pay for the customers goods, shipping & handling, most of which is paid for in advance of the customer actually receiving the goods.

We recommend using a card for payments as this offers full purchase protection by law if any concerns given the order lead time. This is called section 75 cover.

Regular Updates of the Status sent by SMS and Email 

In addition the relevant information: the order, invoice and updates regarding the process will also be sent by SMS ( if Mobile #) email and appear on the My Account section , available to view 24/7. 

We will send updates such as In Production, Ready to Ship and Shipping through finally to delivery.
