Failed Transaction Showing as Pending

A pending transaction is a recent card transaction that has not yet been fully processed by the merchant. This may be due to a an error such as a failed address check, timeout or failed 3d verification. The bank may have authorised the transaction however due to these reasons the transaction did not fully process.

These will show up on your bank account as a pending transaction which will affect the available balance but not the account balance.

In this instance, the monies are reserved by your bank and put on pending status for a period of time. The period of time depends on your own banks policy for such matters and each bank is different. After this time the monies will again become available top spend.

Some banks are 7 days and some banks are 24 hours.

NB: Delux Deco Ltd is not able to access funds from failed transactions as there is no authorisation code and there is no possible way to access these funds.
