Sofas are packaged in protective cover and occasionally cardboard corners and the legs are soft packed inside the sofa boxes. We go to extreme lengths to ensure quality packaging and the utmost care is taken whilst making and packaging your sofa. There still on occasion can be minor marks on the sofa or even in fact leather workers pen marks.

We apologise if this is the case however these are easily remedied.

This does not constitute a fault in most cases as these marks can simply be wiped off and we use only high grade leathers.

If this has ocurred please send us a pictures of the affected area as soon as possible. We will then send a professional cleaning kit free of change for high grade leather sofas.

If this doesn't remedy the issue satisfactorily then you will be entitled to have a replacement or send the goods back for a full refund.
