10 year shell warranty covering the structural integrity of the shell & free of water loss.
5 year shell surface warranty against blistering or delamination of the shell arising from defects in materials.
2 years electrical and plumbing coverage for major spa components such as the pumps, heater, control system and ozonator against malfunction arising from defects in materials and workmanship.
2 years spa components including LED lights, fuses, topside controls and jet inserts against malfunction arising from defects in materials and workmanship. Includes parts necessary for repairs but not labour or call out charge.
Extent of Warranty
This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and based in mainland UK only at the original installation address. The warranty commences from date of delivery. This warranty terminates with transfer of ownership.
Performance
Customers are requested to contact Delux Deco regarding any alleged fault within 10 days by emailing [email protected] quoting their order number and full order name. If visually relevant please attach images to support our assessment of the problem. We will then attempt to diagnose the issue and suggest resolution where applicable. If not resolved we will send an authorised technician or representative to diagnose and repair the said fault. Call outs are free of charge within the first 30 days of delivery and charged at technician rate after this point. If the technician determines that any fault is not covered by this guarantee then the customer is responsible for parts and labour charge.
N.B
Delux Deco offers limited electrical warranty which is valid when the customer returns the Warranty card with copy of part P electrical installation certificate within 30 days of delivery.
Limitations
Should your product be subject to chemical misuse, imbalances, alterations or modifications not authorised by Delux Deco Ltd, this warranty is rendered void. Incorrect use included but not limited to running the spa dry or filling the spa up incorrectly or improper installation by a non-qualified electrician, ice in the spa, incorrect water preparation or commercial use will void the warranty. You product is not warranted against chemical damage, including but not limited to timescale deposits.
It is the customer’s responsibility for correct operation and maintenance of the spa.
Spa covers and defects as result of not using the spa cover when not in use
Any damage as a result of tri-chor acids, calcium hypochlorite, peroxides and any sanitizing chemical that remains undissolved on the spa surface.
Damage to headrests beyond the delivery period. Headrest should be removed when not in use.
Any incidental expenses incurred because of repair of replacement of the spa, including but not limited to decking or surroundings, flooring or any other fixtures, chemical loss, water loss or filter loss.
