VAT refunds are obtainable for all non vatable jurisdictions such as outside the UK and EU.
This includes the channel islands such as Jersey & Guernsey.
In order for us to cancel the Vat on goods Delux Deco will need proof of export of the goods to jurisdictions which are non Vatable. This can be shipping docs or invoice stamped as leaving the country.
We need to this as sufficient to prove to UK Vat authorities that the goods have left the Vatable jurisdiction.
Please send a copy of this document to us by post or email a scanned copy and we will refund the payment method used to pay for the goods, the Vat component.
This is usually processed within 3-10 days of receipt of the proof of export.
