Returns are FREE for notifications within 7 days, thereafter a returns carriage charge will apply, based on the actual cost of carriage by our supplier.

If within a period of 5 years from the date of delivery, any of our sofas should develop a fault in the frame as a result of defective components or workmanship, we will undertake to repair or replace (where necessary) free of charge.
For more serious problems whereby items may be required to be fixed in workshop, transportation is free of charge in the first year.
