Our premium delivery service will help take the hassle out of receiving and assembling your goods in your home. Our 2 Man team will deliver, unpack and assemble any parts that need to be put together, leaving you to enjoy your newly received goods.
This includes:
- 2 man Delivery Team and room of choice delivery (1 man if small items)
- Unpacking of the items and placement in your room
- Assembly of any sofa legs or connection of sections of items
- Folding of boxes and internal materials (Please retain these until completely happy with your order)
- AM or PM fixed time slot
- Arrangements by telephone or text, 3 days in advance of the final arrival with the customer
- Please retain the original packing of your orders to comply with our Free Returns Policy
NB: You can choose to retain the packaging, however if you are completely happy with the goods and service you can request the team to take away the packaging to complete the order.
Please be aware that the packaging is not removed with Standard delivery as this affects the returns policy, where you have 7 days to return the goods in the original packaging.
If you need the packaging to be removed after assembly, you will need to sign a waiver that you are happy with the goods and no returns will be necessary.
